Major Gas Works Cadent gas coming to Milton Malsor WC 31.8.26.

Cadent are aiming to be on site Week Commencing 31.8.26 – probably start on 1.9.26 as this is a bank holiday. They are coming to the area to update the gas pipes to new pipework as they are reaching an age where they are in desperate need of replacing. They have already sent out communications via letters to the residents that will be affected in the upcoming weeks and those further down the line will receive letter communication nearer the time. Natasha Billington is the customer liaison officer who will make visits to the residents’ homes so she can explain the works they will be doing in the street and to their gas meter. They will plan everything with the customer of when the gas will be interrupted and any issues they may face.

Attached is the plan of the works. Please note the dates are up to change depending on engineering difficulties and the hardness of the ground.
